The work aims to develop mathematical models, methods of solving and models of tools for solving the problems of processing knowledge of information resources and building business analytics systems using effective models. The research methods are methods of building and analyzing decision support systems, including those based on ontology and heterogeneous distributed information resources. The paper analyzes the subject area of business analytics and identifies the main goals and directions of their development and improvement. The general architecture and principles of functioning of business intelligence systems using the ontological model have been developed. The ways of interaction of models in the process of solving problems by the system are defined. The concept of context is analyzed and its formal, semantically oriented definition is proposed. The main elements of the ontology of business intelligence are defined. Models for displaying business processes and supporting decision-making in them are defined. Experimental approbation is carried out through the implementation of the proposed models in the construction of intelligent systems of business analytics.

摘要
