Three-Dimensional Model of Organogenic Sedimentation in Marshes and Silty Drains According to Drilling Data (Carbon Landfill, Sakhalin Island)
摘要
A three-dimensional model of Sorg content in the sediment column of young marsh surfaces and muddy dries of a coastal marine wetland polygon within the cryptolagoon of Salmon Bay, Aniva Bay, is presented. The geospatial referencing system considers sediment sections and percentage distribution maps for 0.05 m sampling layers. A higher level of carbon content in the metre sediment column than in any of the layers is shown. The obtained values of Sorg content are significantly higher than the results of sampling of surface layers of bottom sediments of closed water bodies.
