Mechanical Processing of the Leather Semi-finished Product for Energy-Efficient Production of Leather products
摘要
To determine the main parameters of the leather feeding and pressing process, a scheme was developed to calculate the forces acting on the material clamped between rotating rollers. Mechanical processing of semi-finished leather products is mentioned in the article; The processed semi-finished leather is inserted between the pair of rollers. In general, this process is elastic; at high pressure in the contact zone of a pair of rollers, elastic deformation of semi-finished leather may occur; The relationship between stress and strain of leather semi-finished products is not proportional. Based on the obtained formulas and graphs, it is determined that for certain values of the parameters of the roller pair and the properties of the processed semi-finished leather, when the thickness of the semi-finished The finished leather product increases, the maximum pressure per unit area decreases. It should be noted that as the diameter of a pair of rollers increases, it is necessary to increase the pressure between the pairs of rollers. With an increase in the diameter of the roller pairs, the maximum pressure per unit area of semi-finished leather increases. Additionally, as the thickness of the treated leather increases, the pressure per unit area decreases.
