The rapidly growing industry of inland aquaculture has the ability to greatly influence both the availability of food globally and the impact of sustainable practices for coming generations. An extensive summary of the industry’s significance, future prospects, and potential developments are included in this chapter. We look into cutting-edge facilities and innovations in technology such as monitoring and automation, recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), and aquatic genetic engineering which promote production, sustainable growth, and efficiency.
