Pain is a common symptom of cancer. Moderate to severe pain is experienced by about 31% of the patients, but this rate increases to 55% in metastatic and terminal diseases. Pain can occur due to the nature and growth of the disease or due to various therapies. In this chapter, we discuss about different causes, assessment of patients presenting with cancer related pain, and therapy-related pain syndromes. These pain syndromes can be addressed using medications, psychotherapy, and interventional pain procedures like kyphoplasty, intrathecal pumps, neuromodulation, neurolytic blocks, to name a few.
