Literary Imaginaries of AI
摘要
Since industrial revolution, literary imagination confronts with a tumultuous and contradictory advance towards modernity and tries to build narrative representation of scientific-technological development and its consequences on being human. Whether weird narrative or science fiction, whether popularizing storytelling or modernist or avant-garde composition, from Romantic age to mass culture, narrative literature richly contributes, at different sociocultural levels, to the constitution of the symbolic sphere from which the science and the economy of artificial intelligence are taking shape and substance.
