To expedite the payment process and, consequently, the transit and clearance of products, public decision makers have integrated new electronic payment methods, such as online payments, into Morocco's port and foreign commerce environment. This has also assisted in controlling expenses and the length of time needed to clear customs. The most popular payment option is still cash and checks since customers in the port community have not yet fully embraced these new payment methods, despite their greater security, variety, and availability. This suggests that there will be delays in the payment process, and a high level of manpower and payment counter mobilization. In order to support this strategic decision, a digital nudging-based solution will be presented in this paper to encourage clients to use electronic payment methods in an ecosystem where traditional payment methods predominate.

摘要
