RCSF & IOT in Monitoring of Obstructive Sleep Apnea

In this project we will address the monitoring of obstructive sleep apnea by measuring the physiological parameters of the human body based on cardiac output and blood oxygenation rate and likewise monitoring chest breathing, our goal is roughly to measure the heart rate in beats per minute (BPM) and the air saturation ratios (spo2) as a percentage and finally monitoring the respiratory signal. In order to determine the thresholds that will mean that our patient is in good condition, if they are exceeded, our system will send an alert email, storing the data in Excel format for the three criteria that will help us to make the classification of the apnea, as this data will help us to enhance the accuracy of the algorithms in classifying the patient's condition since the doctor's analysis that takes a long time will be replaced by artificial intelligence and therefore the time that will be endured in this crisis is what allows the calculation of the apnea index “IA” to better determine the severity of the disease, in order to make a decision on whether the condition to be treated needs medical treatment or not.
