Modeling of Public Service Application Scenarios Based on Artificial Intelligence Technology

With the rapid development of information technology, public services must continuously improve service quality and efficiency. The emergence of artificial intelligence technology brings important opportunities for public services, which can achieve intelligent management and service of public service resources. This study explores the application of artificial intelligence in public service application scenarios by conducting experiments on intelligent customer service system, intelligent resource allocation system, intelligent prediction system and intelligent monitoring system. The results show that the response time of the intelligent customer service system ranges from 20 to 55 s, the user satisfaction score fluctuates up and down to 4.5, the resource utilization rate of the intelligent resource allocation system averages around 85%, the service coverage rate fluctuates up and down to 95%, the prediction accuracy of the intelligent prediction system averages 89.1%, whereas the incident response time of the intelligent monitoring system averages 7.5 min, and the incident resolution rate averages is 96%. These data suggest that AI technologies have significantly improved public service efficiency and user satisfaction. Future research should focus on performance fluctuations and explore the potential for wider application of these techniques in different public service domains.
