The coordination of equipment is beneficial to the performance of innovations and basic ideas; The concept simply adjusts the relationship between supply chain collaboration and innovation; Environmental analysis can influence the relationship between cooperation and innovation, and the effectiveness of environmental analysis is based on harmony of basic concepts, that is, environmental analysis corrects the relationship between chain cooperation and innovation. The test results show that when the level of environmental analysis is high, the product collaboration has a direct impact on innovation using simple strategies (r = 0.06, confidence short [0.02, 0.15]); when the level of analysis is low, this is straightforward. The value of the results is not significant (r = 0.02, confidence time [− 0.08, 0.07]). Importance of management units to improve the level of supply chain management and achieve quality improvement.
