With the improvement of new energy penetration rate and the increasing coupling of various elements of the power grid, the traditional planning method cannot realize the integrated planning of “source network, load and storage” and deal with the uncertainties emerging in the planning process. In this context, the whole life cycle evaluation method is adopted to optimize the configuration of power system based on the integration of generalized source network, load and storage. In this paper, the adjustment model of power system is established. The proposed model is verified by the calculation of the target frame of a regional planning year. The results show that the optimal allocation studied in this paper can effectively promote the consumption of new energy and reduce the system investment cost.
