This chapter is based on a non-published peer-reviewed manuscript. A new hemorheological procedure for analysing the structure and viscoelasticity of blood components is presented. The analysis method presented herein can use viscosity data obtained from different types of blood flow, such as plasma and serum, or blood as it is. This chapter is focused on the viscosity data obtained from a shear, oscillating rheometer or respective device to determine structural information also related to electropherogram and results of capillary electrophoresis.

摘要

This chapter is based on a non-published peer-reviewed manuscript. A new hemorheological procedure for analysing the structure and viscoelasticity of blood components is presented. The analysis method presented herein can use viscosity data obtained from different types of blood flow, such as plasma and serum, or blood as it is. This chapter is focused on the viscosity data obtained from a shear, oscillating rheometer or respective device to determine structural information also related to electropherogram and results of capillary electrophoresis.
