Calvarial and scalp lesions are rare and may occur due to a variety of different diseases. Lesions may be palpable on the skin and cause local pain and paresthesia, and neurological deficits might also occur depending on the localization of calvarial lesions. Patients require anesthesia for cranium surgeries for lesions penetrating the skull and brain, scalp lesions, and after head traumas. Because calvarial and scalp lesions are rare, only a few single case reports and reviews have been published. We tried to present anesthesia management based on these publications.
