Network Visualizations
摘要
This chapter explores the use of network visualizations in cultural data analysis, with a focus on representing relationships between artworks, artists, and acquisition sources in museum datasets. By employing tools like Gephi and R packages such as igraph, qgraph, and network, it demonstrates how to create and analyze networks composed of nodes and edges. This chapter also highlights the integration of Linked Open Data via Wikidata and ULAN, showcasing how unique identifiers simplify cross-referencing and enhance data connectivity.
