A successful project is defined as one that has the ability to achieve specific objectives, deliver targeted results despite time and resource constraints, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Achieving success in projects ranks among the foremost concerns for organizations. Continuous efforts are being made by various academics and practitioners to find the factors that contribute significantly to project success, which is so important for organizations. This research aims to analyze the diverse elements influencing project success through the application of the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The model includes visibility, transformational leadership, and empowerment. The investigation took place within an information technology firm, where data was gathered from its staff members via an online-based questionnaire. 180 questionnaires were collected for this research. Collected data were analyzed by SmartPLS software. The findings suggest that visibility and transformational leadership have positive influences on project success. Additionally, the research uncovers a favorable connection between transformational leadership and empowerment. On the other hand, empowerment has no positive effect on project success.
