The purpose of the study is to assess the importance and role of artifi-cial intelligence in terms of the sustainable development of the country and inter-national security. Also, let us see the public's attitude towards this innovative field, the difference of opinion on what impact machine learning and artificial intelligence will have on the economic well-being of humanity, how much they know that AI is actively used in applications that we use every day, how they see the fu-ture of machine learning and artificial intelligence. The study was conducted using qualitative research methods. Also, a SWOT analysis of the use of artificial intelligence in the direction of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has been carried out. As a result of the conducted research, we think that in the future the development of artificial intelligence will contribute to the development of separate systems and, what is noteworthy, their transformation into a single organism. The integration of systems will create the greatest opportunities to connect types of da-ta that we would not have noticed when the systems existed separately. The more extensive and diverse the set of software environments required by a business, the more data connections and linkages will be visible. The ability to solve different tasks will automatically support the self-development process of artificial intelligence. The essence of artificial intelligence - self-development and independence will be achieved when it is allowed to process more data in a unified system than in separate systems.
