This chapter examines the triad of transformation—digitalization, hacktivism, and artificial intelligence (AI)—as three interlinked forces reshaping legal, political, and institutional systems in the twenty-first century. Rather than treating these domains in isolation, the analysis explores how their convergence amplifies tensions around authority, accountability, and democratic legitimacy. Digital infrastructures reconfigure power through algorithmic control; hacktivism counters this with symbolic and tactical resistance; and AI complicates both by embedding decision-making in opaque, data-driven systems. Framed through semiotics and assemblage theory, this chapter reveals how meaning, governance, and resistance are increasingly mediated by code. The argument calls for adaptive legal frameworks, value-aligned system design, and participatory governance mechanisms capable of addressing the deep normative challenges posed by this triad of digital transformation.

摘要
