The advent of Industry 5.0 marks a turning point in the management of resources in several industries, for instance, the healthcare industry. This paper explores how the principles of industry 5.0 apply to the management of resources in healthcare, focusing on the concept of resource integration, its merits, and its demerits. It is evident that Industry 5.0, by encouraging human-machine cooperation, mass personalization, and concern for the environment, creates opportunities for improved resource utilization, effective management processes, and better healthcare delivery to the patients. This study assesses how advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), and blockchain are changing the attention of resource management towards the healthcare sector through systematic literature review and case studies. Achieving those implied benefits of Industry 5.0 in case of Extremes therefore demand addressing a set of issues, including data compatibility, preparedness and training of the workforce, and ethics. Effectively navigating these complexities will require collaboration among policymakers, healthcare professionals, and technology developers to design appropriate regulations, invest in infrastructure, and prepare the workforce. Healthcare organizations that adopt Industry 5.0 principles will position themselves better in terms of innovation, efficiency, and sustainability.

摘要
