P.: Windenergie, Theorie, Anwendung, Praxis Karlsruhe: Verlag C. F.Müller, 2. Auflage, 1990). Museums and patent offices are full of more or less promising inventions of this kind. Mostly, however, the practical usability of these “wind turbines” falls far short of the inventors’ expectations.
