Industry 5.0 marks an important transition moment, the focus is on human-centered solutions that put the human being at the center of production processes, promoting collaboration between humans and intelligent technologies. Resilience and sustainability are important objectives of Industry 5.0, which are achieved thanks to the creation of flexible production systems that respond quickly to unexpected changes, in a sustainable and ecological way. Soft computing applications, such as the use of Fuzzy Logic or Neural Networks, in this context, optimally manage uncertainty and ambiguity in decisions, obtaining more flexible and adaptable solutions to changes in human life, improving the interaction between people and machines and optimizing productivity and process customization.
