Cloud security encompasses a set of policies, technologies, and controls designed to protect data, applications, and the associated infrastructure of cloud computing. As organizations increasingly migrate to cloud services, securing these environments becomes critical to protect sensitive information and ensure operational integrity. Many algorithms and protocols have been developed to ensure data security in the cloud, notably leveraging advanced cryptographic techniques such as elliptic curve cryptography (ECC). This article introduces an image encryption system designed to enhance the security of data hosted in the cloud. The described scheme combines elliptic curve cryptography with spatiotemporal encryption to improve data protection in cloud computing environments. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms existing approaches in terms of both performance and security.
