The authors of the article focus on management based on a broad understanding of environmental relationships and, consequently, its application in managerial, organizational, and behavioral contexts. The article highlights the concepts of “ecology of action” and “heterogeneous engineering,” which allow for a systemic understanding of how managerial decisions and actions impact the environment while simultaneously being influenced by it. The authors examine the essence of these concepts, their theoretical foundations, and the possibility of applying them in the context of sustainable development strategies in contemporary organizational conditions. As a result of an expert survey, it was empirically confirmed that identifying the heterogeneous network nature of economic and technological initiatives, as well as the peculiarities of the interconnections among their actors, contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the essential characteristics of the actions undertaken by management subjects, their prospects, and risks. The results of the research can serve as a theoretical and methodological basis for developing situational (environmental) management models in the practice of functioning enterprises.

摘要
