Objective: To identify therapeutic exercises that promote gait improvement in post-stroke patients. Introduction Stroke is a globally recognized health issue with significant consequences, including motor deficits, functional disability, social limitations, and decreased quality of life. Walking ability is a key predictor of independence following Method: Systematic review employed the PICO framework to formulate the research question, guiding searches in PubMed, Scopus, and Academic Search Complete databases for studies published from 2019 to 2024. Eight randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were selected. The review followed PRISMA guidelines, with evidence levels evaluated per Joanna Briggs Institute standards and methodological quality assessed using the Critical Appraisal Tools. Results: Eight high-quality RCTs were included, covering aerobic training, strength training, and gait training supported by advanced technologies. Conclusion: Integrating therapeutic exercises with advanced technologies highlights the need for a comprehensive, patient-centered approach, supporting more effective and adaptable outcomes tailored to individual needs. Current evidence suggests that combining conventional rehabilitation methods with innovative technological interventions enhances functional recovery in post-stroke patients.
