Transferring learning experiences in equine heritage through organizational practices is vital for preserving cultural heritage and promoting local identity. However, tracking and analyzing practitioners’ learning experiences during problem-solving is challenging due to the tacit nature of their solutions and the lack of documented reasoning. To assist practitioners in understanding solution execution and enhancing mastery in equine heritage management, this article presents the Equine-Turath project. It aims to establish an Organizational Memory within horse breeding centers to illuminate the tacit knowledge of domain experts. Firstly, we propose a design language to specify learning experiences related to problem-solving skills as shared knowledge. Secondly, we explicitly relate various artifacts, especially videos units, with their learning experience specification counterparts. Finally, we provide tool support for the entire process.
