This research examines the multigenerational satisfaction level of employees in a contemporary organization. A descriptive cross-sectional cohort study was conducted, where a previously established job satisfaction questionnaire was applied. The study population consisted of a non-probabilistic convenience sample of 56 workers. The study found that the majority of the population was represented by females (57%), and there was a statistically significant relationship between satisfaction levels and generations/age groups (p-value of 0.000) and job seniority (p-value of 0.002). Finally, based on sociodemographic data, it can be concluded that Baby Boomers and Generation “Z” show higher satisfaction than other groups, and those with more than 10 years of job seniority show higher satisfaction.

摘要
