Smart Cities provide a comprehensive framework for smart city projects. The urban network helps cities gain economic power, develop unique technological solutions, and build efficient systems. As part of the smart economy and information technology, smart cities are an advanced development product. A wide range of networking technologies are combined in the system, including wireless networks, broadcast networks, mesh networks, telecommunication networks, and a sensor network that connects everything in the system. Besides integrating the many sensors into everyday objects, the Internet of Things also uses specific protocols to exchange information and communications for tracking, managing, monitoring, and recognizing intelligent achievements. Smart cities are not only supported, but also interconnected. An IoT-based machine learning approach to developing a smart city is explored in this chapter.
