Zeer-pot cooling takes advantage of the property that water may absorb a significant quantity of heat while it undergoes evaporation. Food preservation along with energy has remained a major issue in Indian context because of ever increasing needs. To correct the issue, current analysis explores the impact ofFilling materials filling materials, pot thicknessPot thickness, gap between potsGap between pots and height of pots onHeight of pots the performance of Pot-in-Pot Cooling System (PIPCS). AnalysisPot-in-Pot Cooling System (PIPCS) of the data collected through experimental investigation based on filling materialsFilling materials that are being used, reveals that coconut fiber mixture shows highest temperature among the material mixtures taken into consideration. The current paper presents a comparative analysis of cases when Phase Change Material (PCM) is filled with water within the space between two pots. ResultsResult reveal that mixture of water and PCM material presents better results than when the mixture of sand and water is used for the same purpose.
