An Effective Method for Control of Deformation and Resource Capacity of Tubular Structures
摘要
The paper proposes a method for monitoringMonitoring the stress state of tubular elements. It is based on the excitation of low-frequency oscillations in the structure with subsequent registration of their parameters. Any change in the state of the controlled object manifests itself in a change in the parameters of the wave field, which is complex. In this paper, a bispectralBispectral method is used, which allows all changes in the wave field associated with the state of the object. They are presented in the form of 2D images in a plane. Previously, this approach has shown high efficiency in the study of rod structures, as well as layered composite materials. In this paper, this method is used to monitor the state and resource capacityCapacity of tubular elements. A static load in the form of various tensile forces was applied to the second end of the pipe in the longitudinal direction. The wave field is initiated by an impact action creating a surface wave. Its characteristics were recorded by small-sized sensorsSensor located on the surface of the pipe. The measurement resultsResult were processed by the bispectralBispectral method.
