High-Temperature Superionic Conductivity of Mixed-Layer Perovskite-Like Compounds of the Aurivillius–Smolensky Phase Family Doped with 3d Metals
摘要
The paper presents the investigation results of ionic conductivityConductivity for a mixed-layer perovskite-like compound of the Aurivillius–Smolensky phase (ASPs)Aurivillius – Smolensky phase (ASP) family doped with 3d metal. By measuring the relative dielectric constant above the Curie point, it was found that the ionic conductivity of the solid solutionSolid solution with the chemical formula Bi7Ti4.1Nb0.6V0.1W0.1Cr0.1O21 (m = 2.5) reached a value of 100 S/cm at a frequency of 100 kHz. The value of solid solution conductivity equal to 100 S/cm is typical for superionic conductors.
