The final chapter of the book highlights that the biographical perspective adopted illustrated that young people navigate the intersections of power relations, oppression, and marginalization in their daily lives. In both societies studied (Brazil and Germany), youth continue to be disproportionately affected by socioeconomic contradictions, suffering from high unemployment rates and elevated levels of violence. Although the book avoids portraying them exclusively as victims, it emphasises that many of their experiences challenge the totalizing representation systems imposed by radical right movements. The rationality of their political actions is identified, involving a negotiation between the representations and agendas provided by the radical right and their individual trajectories. In this sense, the reconstruction of the young people's life trajectories allowed for the visualization of engagement as a process in which interpellation occurs gradually and is usually based on antagonism. It concludes by suggesting democratic resistance strategies focused on creating new spaces for political action and dialogue that overcome binary political identifications. By promoting more inclusive environments and recognizing the learning processes of young people, the book argues that it is possible to build bridges between opposites and rescue utopias, challenging paradigms and promoting a more just and equitable future. However, for such processes, more comparative investigations are still necessary, also focusing on the face-to-face and digital interaction spaces of these young people.

摘要
