With a specific focus on the role of digital transformation, this study sought to examine the operations of foreign companies and their economic influence on host countries. To achieve this, a descriptive-analytical methodology is employed, which involved reviewing the legal and regulatory frameworks governing these companies’ activities and exploring the challenges and opportunities they encounter in the digital age. The study also assesses the impact of these companies on the national economy, considering factors such as job creation, workforce training, and the transfer of technical and managerial expertise, with a particular emphasis on digital innovations and technological advancements. In conclusion, the study unveils several key findings that underscore the positive effect of foreign companies, bolstered by digital transformation, in supporting the national economy and fostering an investment-friendly environment. Building on these findings, the study put forth a range of recommendations aimed at enhancing policies and procedures related to the operations of foreign companies, incorporating digital strategies to further augment their contribution to sustainable economic development.
