The study examines how technology-enhanced governance standards in non-traditional banks influence senior employee satisfaction. A questionnaire was employed, comprising two sections: one gathering information on senior employees and the other including 30 items related to governance standards and employee satisfaction. Out of 210 distributed questionnaires, 196 were completed and analyzed. The results indicate that senior employees are generally satisfied with the implementation of these governance standards, reflecting a positive correlation between technology-driven governance practices and employee contentment. The study’s findings are relevant to the broader banking sector and provide valuable insights into how technological advancements in governance can impact employee satisfaction.
