The primary objective of this research is to examine the influence of integrated marketing communications, encompassing advertising, personal selling, public relations, sales promotion, and direct marketing, on the purchasing patterns exhibited by Zain Telecommunications customers. A sample of the company's customers in Amman is selected using a simple random sampling technique. The researchers opted for a descriptive-analytical approach as it is deemed appropriate for the nature of the study. In order to ensure a satisfactory response rate, 440 individuals are provided with the study tool, resulting in the retrieval of 409 valid questionnaires for statistical analysis. The study encompasses Zain Telecommunications customers located in Amman, Jordan. The findings of the study revealed a significant impact of integrated marketing communications, inclusive of all its components, on the purchasing behavior of Zain customers. Notably, direct marketing exerts the most substantial influence, while public relations exhibits the least impact. Based on the results, the study recommends that the company allocate attention to all elements of integrated marketing communications, with particular emphasis on enhancing the public relations aspect.
