The purpose of the research is to examine the effect of electronic government services’ quality on satisfaction of the beneficiaries through field study on “SANAD” application in Jordan. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive-analytical approach is employed. A questionnaire consisting of 62 items was purposively distributed to 500 beneficiaries of the SANAD application, resulting in 450 responses that were used for analysis. The researchers utilized SPSS & Amos software to appropriately analyze the collected data using statistical methods. The findings of the study revealed that the dimensions of electronic government service quality, including ease of use, reliability, responsiveness, trust, privacy, and data security, have a significant impact on beneficiary satisfaction. Based on these findings, several recommendations are made. These include the need to enhance the quality of electronic government services across all dimensions, provide training programs and workshops for SANAD application operators to improve their skills in delivering high-quality electronic government services, establish transparent information provision to build trust between users and government entities, improve communication mechanisms with beneficiaries to better understand and meet their needs, and invest in technology development and necessary infrastructure to support the effective and secure delivery of electronic government services.
