This study seeks to comprehend the influence of both educational and school plans on academic performance, as well as to identify ways to integrate these plans to improve educational outcomes and refine teaching strategies in accordance with overarching educational objectives. Utilizing a descriptive methodology as its main approach, the study is well-suited to the topic and nature of the research, enabling a thorough analysis of data and offering clear insights into relationships and trends. The primary findings of the study highlight the significant distinctions between the two plans and their effects on educational performance and teaching efficacy. Notably, the educational plan emphasizes the establishment of long-term educational objectives, whereas the school plan is geared towards short- to medium-term goals and their immediate execution. In light of these findings, the study advocates for enhanced coordination between the educational and school plans to more effectively realize educational goals and improve communication among all stakeholders in the educational process for optimal integration.
