摘要
The protection provided by social security institutions is essential in mitigating social and economic risks, particularly in the fight against poverty, vulnerability, and inequality. As demands for social security services that are more efficient, accountable, and accessible continue to rise, digital transformation has become a pivotal force in modernizing this sector. Adopting a qualitative research methodology, the study conducts a descriptive analysis of current literature related to digital transformation and social security. Additionally, it utilizes an analytical framework to examine trends, challenges, and the opportunities presented by digital technologies for enhancing service delivery and user interaction. The results highlight the necessity of incorporating technology to tackle issues such as an aging population and rising informality, while simultaneously upholding public integrity in decision-making processes.
