In today’s digital era, the relevance of resilience has grown as technological stressors, including pressures from social media and digital overload, affect individuals’ mental health. This research utilizes a qualitative methodology to investigate psychological resilience amid contemporary technological hurdles. By employing a descriptive approach, the study reviews and synthesizes existing literature on resilience and technological stress, focusing on how individuals cope with and adjust to digital stressors. An analytical method is subsequently used to pinpoint key themes and assess the effectiveness of various coping mechanisms. The findings are intended to offer insights into improving psychological resilience and crafting strategies that assist individuals as they navigate the intricacies of a technology-driven world. Through the integration of empirical findings and theoretical frameworks, this study enhances the understanding of interventions aimed at building resilience and their applicability in both academic and residential contexts.
