This research seeks to examine how digitization influences the quality of education within Saudi schools, particularly highlighting the “Madrasati” platform as a key example in this area. An analytical approach was utilized, which involved reviewing pertinent literature and analyzing data collected from surveys and interviews conducted with both teachers and students. Findings revealed that educational technology and digitization have greatly enhanced educational quality by offering interactive and adaptable learning materials, fostering greater interaction between students and educators, and narrowing educational disparities. Furthermore, these platforms have improved students’ access to learning materials and encouraged self-directed learning. In light of these results, the study suggests enhancing training programs for teachers regarding technology use, consistently updating educational platforms, broadening access to technology in underserved areas, and incorporating educational games as tools for motivation. Moreover, the study underlines the regularity of appraisals concerning technological initiatives’ effectiveness and a growth in digital involvement of students and teachers so as to adjust to technological advancement and make the most of its benefits.
