The objective of the study is to examine the essential principles and foundations for creating training programs, the conditions required for their success, and the phases involved in their preparation, all aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of training initiatives within educational institutions. A descriptive approach was utilized to gather and analyze data to meet these aims. Findings revealed that the design of training programs should adhere to principles like inclusivity, planning, and development, highlighting the importance of gradual content delivery and regular program updates. Additionally, the success of these programs is contingent upon their alignment with institutional needs, the establishment of clear objectives, participant empowerment, and performance assessment, while also adapting to cultural values, utilizing technology, and engaging international stakeholders. Concerning the stages of program preparation, the study underscored the significance of conducting needs assessments, followed by program design, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing development, emphasizing the necessity for interaction among these phases to guarantee effectiveness. In light of these findings, the study advocates for the application of the identified principles and foundations to ensure that training programs are inclusive and effective, creating the necessary conditions for success, and prioritizing the interaction between preparation stages to achieve exceptional outcomes and continuous improvement.
