Blended Learning in Arabic Language Classrooms: Opportunities and Challenges

The present chapter can help one understand the prospects and challenges of applying blended learning in Arabic language classrooms. Applied as a model for teaching, blended learning combines traditional teaching methods with the use of online activities. While blended learning has attracted increasing attention in different educational fields, its practice in Arabic language education is not adequately established. Validation was realized through an analysis of literature and descriptive perspectives on AI-powered tools within blended learning environments. Blended learning was found to have considerable potential for enhancing language acquisition through flexible and personalized learning experiences. The main problem is that many of these initiatives demand the transformation of old methods into digital ones, which is too big a burden for weak countries that do not even have good roads to talk about robust technological infrastructure; but this study emphasizes strategic planning supported by continuous training needs further research so that gains realized from such models can be maximized in preparing learners for effective participation globally.
