The Influence of Automated Content Generation on Decision-Making Processes in Digital Media
摘要
The objective of this study is to explore the impact of automated content generation (ACG) on decision-making processes within digital media channels, thereby opening up opportunities for content strategies, message encoding, and audience reception. While a significant driver of change in content creation is artificial intelligence (AI), ACG emerges as an effective and scalable solution for businesses, particularly in the realm of digital marketing. However, ACG introduces a transformative disruption to the established digital marketing paradigms, specifically in the encoding–decoding interactions between content creators and consumers. Employing a qualitative research methodology that incorporates both descriptive and analytical techniques, this study reveals the influence of ACG on decision-making processes. By examining the operations of digital agents, corporate strategies, and media characteristics, a clearer insight can be gained into how ACG reshapes the cognitive processes involved in content consumption, decision-making, and engagement. The results indicate a need for further exploration into the ethical, psychological, and strategic ramifications of ACG within digital media.
