The research aims at looking at the impact of transformational leadership and technology on job satisfaction at the workplace. This was a cause-and-effect study wherein a questionnaire served as the primary data-gathering tool. The study population included a great number of employees amounting to 9000. For this research, 389 copies of questionnaires were sent to employees in the municipality from different levels via Google Forms, and all copies were returned completed; thus, making them 388 samples with valid responses. Findings revealed that transformational leadership is being practiced to a high extent, while job satisfaction was only found to be at an average level.
