The objective of this comprehensive analysis is to examine technology transfer contracts, with a specific focus on two distinct categories: simple and complex contracts. The study seeks to gain insights into the structure and responsibilities outlined in these contracts, particularly in the context of international collaborations between developed and developing nations. Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, the study classifies various contract types, including technical assistance contracts, engineering contracts, and research contracts, as well as more intricate contracts like turnkey contracts and production delivery contracts. Findings from the study reveal that simple contracts primarily involve the transfer of technical knowledge without additional obligations. On the other hand, complex contracts entail broader commitments, such as the provision of supplementary services, raw material supply, and workforce training and development. Furthermore, the study highlights that while complex contracts offer advanced methods for technology transfer, they may encounter unique challenges in developing countries, such as the necessity to enhance the capabilities of the local workforce and effectively manage implementation costs.

摘要
