DEU: Data Encryption Utility Using Fully Homomorphic Scheme

Homomorphic encryption allows computations on ciphertexts, generating encrypted results that, when decrypted, match the results of operations performed on the plaintexts. This paper presents an efficient homomorphic encryption scheme using the Brakerski-Fan-Vercauteren (BFV) method. We detail the methodology, implementation, and performance results, demonstrating the scheme's viability for secure data computation.
