The primary objective of the research is to examine how the implementation of digital transformation impacts the level of creativity among employees. In order to conduct this investigation, a case study approach was employed, focusing on two key variables. The first variable, referred to as the independent variable, centered around digital transformation and was assessed through four distinct dimensions: digital infrastructure, digital strategy, digital leadership, and digital culture. The second variable, known as the dependent variable, focused on employee creativity and was evaluated based on three dimensions: originality, fluency, and flexibility. To gather data for the study, a comprehensive survey method was utilized, targeting a total of 560 employees within the Department of Statistics. Out of the distributed questionnaires, a total of 453 valid responses were received, resulting in a response rate of 80.8%. These responses were then subjected to various statistical analyses using the SPSS software. The findings of the study revealed a statistically significant relationship between digital transformation and employee creativity. Specifically, all dimensions of digital transformation (digital infrastructure, digital strategy, digital leadership, and digital culture) were found to have a significant impact on the dimensions of employee creativity (originality, fluency, and flexibility). Based on these results, the study put forth a recommendation for the department to enhance its utilization of digital technologies, including computers, mobile devices, and online services.
