Intraocular Lens Dislocation
摘要
Dislocation of the intraocular lenses (IOLs) occurs at a rate of 0.2–3% and refers to a spectrum ranging from mild decentration (subluxation) to complete separation from the hyaloid fossa and displacement into the anterior or posterior chamber (luxation). Risk factors include intraoperative complications, pseudoexfoliation syndrome, trauma, previous vitreoretinal surgeries, and connective tissue diseases that cause zonular weakness (Marfan syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, homocystinuria) and advanced age.
