In the dynamic landscape following the COVID-19 pandemic, the healthcare sector in Dubai has recognized the imperative of strategic management for sustained success. The current study aims to investigate the impact of the Balanced Scorecard framework, focusing on the Customer/Patient Perspective, Internal Process/Healthcare Perspective, Learning and Growth Perspective, and Financial Perspective as integral components of the post-COVID-19 business strategies of healthcare providers. The theoretical findings underscore the positive influence of Balanced Scorecard perspectives on the post-COVID-19 business strategies of healthcare providers. Through reviewing the literature and developing a conceptual framework, this study contributes to the broader understanding of strategic resilience in healthcare management. This study will be helpful for researchers as it adds to the field of literature by providing a link between a balanced scorecard and post-COVID-19 successful business strategies for healthcare providers. However, it is crucial to acknowledge this study’s limitations by reviewing existing literature and proposing a theoretical framework. Therefore, future research should include empirical data to test the formulated conceptual framework that has been developed.
