The subject of constitutional justice occupies a major place in the consolidation of legal norms in conformity with the Constitution, particularly those relating to public rights and freedoms not at the local level, but beyond the global level. There is an agreement among all States through their legal systems that constitutional law is the supreme and highest law in the States will and aspirations and the inalienable beliefs of a religion, language, culture, cultural heritage and human rights and freedoms in genera. This makes the Constitution unaffected or violated. Through this research, the researcher seeks to highlight the importance of the constitutional judiciary by its means of ensuring that the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution are protected. This protection extends the rights of future generations and will be addressed through key researchers The first study will be devoted to protecting the rights of future generations by censoring the constitutionality of laws and the impact of such censorship on the preservation of future generations’ rights and reviewing the position of Iraq’s constitutional judiciary in this area. The second study will focus on other means of constitutional justice in the protection of future generations’ rights (interpretation/response/reversal), with some practical applications mentioned in this regard.
