Introduction—In the commercial kitchen, stress is one of the most important factors that reduces the working efficiency of the chefs. For a chef working in a commercial kitchen, it’s important to be able to effectively manage their time. Priority setting, task planning, and working effectively to meet deadlines are all part of this. To work effectively in the kitchen, a chef needs to be able to communicate effectively and clearly with the kitchen staff to ensure that everything runs smoothly. The skills are also important for making a smother process of work in the commercial kitchen. Purpose—The purpose of the study is to discuss the behavioural assessment of the work efficiency of chefs in commercial kitchens about stress. This will provide an in-depth knowledge of the related factors for the working effectiveness and stress management approaches in commercial kitchens for chefs. Method—In this particular work, positivist research philosophy and descriptive research design have been used. Primary data collection with SPSS analysis has been done properly to make a valid decision. Findings—It has been found that proper interior design and support of the seniors is helpful for reducing the workload in commercial kitchens that is directly related to stress. As a result, it is possible to assert that appropriate motivational factors, such as an appropriate working culture and the assistance of skilled chefs, will raise the level of business motivation and success. The proper design of the commercial kitchen’s interior and materials will also help employees feel less stressed.
