This study highlights the relationship between economic diversification and knowledge management. By considering knowledge as a main resource in the current economy, it is important to investigate its impact on economic diversification. This study concludes that knowledge is crucial to improving innovation in the economy, but the use of knowledge must be with full awareness of falling into imitation or limiting innovation. Currently, economic diversification is a huge demand that is the main objective of many countries.
